One-Day Marriage Officiant License Application

Applications are now available at the Town of Hamilton for One-Day Marriage Officiant Licenses Per Domestic Relations Law §11-d. Please read the following to apply:

  • Applicants seeking a One-Day Marriage Officiant License (MOL) must wait until the Persons they intend to marry apply for and receive their marriage license from the Town of Hamilton.
  • Both the MOL and Marriage License applications can be filled out on the same day.
  • This license is valid only for the parties to be married as described in the application and shall expire after the marriage ceremony or the expiration of the marriage license, whichever occurs first.
  • You must provide a valid government-issued Photo-ID.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Fee: $25.00 (payable by Cash, Money Order, Credit Card (fees apply) or Local Check).
