Code Enforcement Officer

The Code Enforcement Officer (CEO) is responsible for the investigation and enforcement of the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code, as well as the enforcement officer for the Zoning Law adopted by the town board. The Code Enforcement Officer is also responsible for investigating potential violations. The CEO is available to assist town residents with their questions. Please call the number below.
