ZONING PERMIT APPLICATION – VERY IMPORTANT – READ FIRST
Any person intending to engage in an activity needs to fill out a Zoning Permit Application first. No fees apply. The Codes Enforcement Officer will determine which, if any, permits, approvals or forms may be required.

On May 9, 2016, the Town Board approved adopted a resolution which made amendments to the Subdivision Regulations. The amendment eliminates Section 350 – Two Lot Subdivision Waiver and by redefines a minor subdivision as “A subdivision containing 2, 3, or 4 lots fronting an existing road.”
