Proposed Local Laws

This section will provide access to Local Laws that are being considered by the Town Council.

Please make note that any Local Laws either proposed or passed that pertain to the Town's Zoning do not impact the Village of Hamilton, as well as, the Village of Earlville residents and property owners. Only property owners in the Town Outside, could be potentially impacted. Depending on the proposed law, this may include properties in the Agricultural-Residential, Residential, Hamlet or Commercial Districts.

When the Town refers to 'The Town Outside' this excludes properties within the Villages of Hamilton and Earlville. You can click on the Zoning Map below to see where the Zoning Districts are in the Town.

If you have questions about the location of your property or about the Zoning Law, please call the Town Clerk at 315-824-3380 or the Codes Officer at 315-824-0245. Thank you.
