LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF HAMILTON

The Town of Hamilton Zoning Board of Appeals will continue a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 7:00 pm at the Town of Hamilton Community Room, located at 38 Milford Street, Hamilton, NY. The purpose of the hearing is to hear public comment on an application for an area variance submitted by Dawnette Hunter. The applicant wishes to build a two-family home on a one-acre lot.  The placeent of the house will comply with all setback requirements. This property is located between Sacco and Gorton Roads, tax map # 169.-1-18.112. Neighbors and other interested parties are encouraged to view these applications and their supporting materials at: Town of Hamilton Office, 38 Milford Street, Hamilton. Hours are 9:00-1:00, 2:00-4:00, Monday-Thursday. For any inquiries please call (315) 824 3380, the board may also consider any other business that may come before it at this time.
